Double Berry Delight Smoothie

1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 small, ripe banana, cut up
2 tbsp honey
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry sherbert or sorbet

Whirl all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth. Serves 2.
